3/28/09 Family Fun Day

It's coming up! Don't forget to mark your calendar for the first Family Fun Day to cure Prader-Willi Syndrome on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at the Gumbo Limbo Pavilion located in Carlin Park, Jupiter from 11am - 2pm.   All proceeds will be marked for research to find a cure! Cristabelle will there with fun music for a fantastic event.

Description of the event:

The event will be fun for the entire family.  There will be ponies, an exotic petting zoo, bounce houses for the big kids and little kids, a blow up toddler obstacle course, carnival games, DJ, face painter/balloon maker, popcorn and snow cone machines and a great lunch. Special character appearances too. Tickets are ONLY $10 for children, $15 for adults, and children under 2 are free.

There will be a wonderful silent auction and raffles.  Some of the great silent auction items we have to date are 2 NFL packages with signed footballs by Deion Sanders and Marshall Faulk, golf foursome at the Medalist in Hobe Sound ( $1100 value), CrossFit year membership ($1800 value), Spa basket from the Ritz-Carlton, dinner for 10 at Brio Tuscan Grille, gift cards to Food Shack, Capitol Grille, Jade, Waterway Cafe, and Yard House, salon services, massage packages, gift baskets by Chanel, Laura Mercier and Lilly Pulitzer, and celebrity gift baskets provided by People magazine given out at the SAG and Emmy awards, just to name afew.  

Raffle tickets for a limited edition surfboard "Surf Camp" created by Dan Mackin (retail $5,000) are $10 each or 3 for $25.00.
